(I hate it but it's the only thing for my area, were supposed to get fiber early next year)

We rely on Starlink as we live where there is no cell service or literally any other viable options.

It’s down.

So is the app, the website, and their customer service number has a recording saying they cannot receive inbound calls. 🤔
