A reference sheet of Professor Cypress, who is seen with long dark-green hair up in a ponytail, a long white labcoat, and spider lillies as accessories. Standing beside him is an Anangokaan Lilligant, a regional variant of the Unovan Lilligant, which is grass/ghost typed. Its design is inspired by various renditions of Lydia Deetz from the Beetlejuice franchise. At Cypress' feet are a Plusle and Minun, who are hiding behind him and peeking out at the audience.

Meet Professor Cypress! He's the region's pokemon professor, following after the late Prof. Cedar before him. His research focuses more on the different biomes found in the region, and how each pokemon adapts to their environments! Also a regional variant of Lilligant is featured <3

Gonna make the tag smth like #Starsregion for this! I have no map yet, but my fake region is called the Anangokaa Region - coming from the Ojibwe word for "there are many stars"! The pokemon and landmarks are going to be based off things found within my home state of Minnesota :)
