A stunning deep space image of the Sunflower Galaxy (M63 or NGC 5055), a spiral galaxy in Canes Venatici. The image showcases its bright yellowish core, sweeping blue spiral arms, and pink star-forming regions. A faint stellar stream, evidence of a past galaxy merger, is visible in the halo.
