Born in #Hillingdon UK, 20 yr old #StephenLuscombe played violin while pal #BrianEno played clarinet in experimental orchestra Portsmouth Sinfonia. He later co-founded UK #NewWave group #Blancmange. He died on September 13, 2025 at age 70.💔

The promotional 12" is Blind Vision in a plain Island records company sleeve with a sticker listing the tracks: Long Version (9:29), Edited Version (3:49), and Dub Version (6:47). The LP is the Some Bizzare compilation and the back cover shows the tracklisting on a plain white background, including Sad Day by Blancmange at the start of side two.
