Went for a more Medlar rich Pud for #StirUpSunday, hence a bit darker than usual. The hard bit was pushing the bletted Medlars through a sieve, aroma of spicy toffee apple, hopefully worth the effort.

I hate to be the bearer or moderately worrying news, however it's 1405. You still have time to get to the shops, you can still make this #stirupsunday happen. It's ok to use pre-booze soaked fruit from the shop. Our cakes are in the oven and the apple cider brandy is still ridiculous.
