This is a pretty big milestone and a LOOONG time coming. Negotiations started in 2001. But it's also just tackling a small piece of the harmful #fisheries subsidies problem. The real benefits would come with the second agreement ("Fish 2"), and that is far from a done deal. #stopfundingoverfishing
