In less In less than four months towards the end of 2024 our amazing Stores Move team processed 10,305 objects from the South American archaeology collection! [1/9]

Amongst the 2,512 artefacts recently moved by our project team was an urn dating from 1000-1500CE. Historically reconstructed using excavated sherds, it was used as a burial urn. The fragility of this object meant the team took extra care whilst moving it.
