I’m watching #Storyville Mr Nobody Against Putin. It’s #Oscar nominated tonight. It’s uplifting but also grim & sad. Reminds you Russian people aren’t all brainwashed. I knew that anyway; we all know, but the teaching of stuff to such young kids is unforgivable.

Just watched another sobering #Storyville film. Pavel Talankin, a schoolteacher in Russia, documented the propapaganda and militarisation in his school in the foothills of the Urals. A hugely brave thing to do, it shows how even small children are being taught to hate and fear. A must-watch.

You'll need to buckle down and not have the kids around, but it's such an important topic, sensitively handled, and hopefully will help raise awareness of the issue of serious child sex abuse.
Watching now. The people who do this job are incredible. Must be so hard to not feel contaminated by this stuff.
