2006 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling "Lazy Sunday", Ehrlichs Sonenuhr, 8.5%. I opened this sweet wine two weeks ago, kept it in the fridge, took a sip now and then, after two weeks it still goes strong, last glas. Went very well with the spicy stuffed peppers.
Stuffed peppers and stuffed tomato after 50 minutes in the oven at 180°C (356°F). The wife prefers tomato stuffed without meat, vegetarian.

Stuffed peppers: carrot, fennel, celery, parsnip, croutons and minced meat (beef and porc) cooked with onion, garlic, tomatoes and harissa. Sauce is made of the puréed pulp of the stuffed tomato seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.
