Forest Glen Trail connects the Grist Mill Trail to the Hilton Area. I hadn't gone up this way before.

This was where the trail I was on (a branch of the Santee Branch Trail) reconnected with the Grist Mill Trail. This was not a well marked trail.

Looking "down" the C&O Canal Towpath (eastward, towards Georgetown). There is a great blue heron just to the left of the path proper.
