Green pachyphytum succulent. The lower leaves show extensive brown calluses from overwatering.
It lived!!!!! This is my sad pachyphytum now! The leaves took a lottt of damage from the overwatering, but it refuses to drop them.
The crown is nice and pretty though. One day I may chop it down and remove all the brown parts, but no rush.

This is my succulent tray! I propagated almost all of these either from leaf drops (like the echeverrias) or starts from mature plants (like the mother of thousands.)
I'm so proud of them for surviving. Some of them are beginning to get large enough to need their own pot!
