#SummerOfRockets #BBC 4/5. This series played out like a great novel, 1st half developing the characters as well as the sitting before turning into a gripping spy tale from #StephenPoliakoff. Good cast with #KeeleyHawes & #TobyStephen as the main draw for myself.

The 2019 Poliakoff drama #SummerofRockets has a Hitchcockian feeling to it. One of Alfred Hitchcock’s favourite plots was having ordinary people getting involved in extraordinary situations. Something #TobyStephens plays so extremely well as Samuel Petrukhin.
