Hot chocolate in an Elizabeth II platinum jubilee commemorative mug that I only bought because it's got a picture of a swan on it. In a small pan, put two tbsp cocoa powder, 350ml (ish, depends how big your mug is), full-fat milk, 1/8tsp each ground cinnamon and ginger, about the same of nutmeg and a pinch of chilli flakes, heat on medium while whisking until hot and the cocoa has mixed. Into your mug, put honey to taste and 1tsp vanilla extract. Pour milk into mug, whisking as you go.
