Royal Malaysian Navy Super Lynx Makes Emergency Water Landing off Melaka Coast
The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) has confirmed that a Super Lynx helicopter carried out an emergency water landing off Pantai Klebang, Melaka, late Tuesday night, with all four crew members rescued safely. The incident occurred during a demonstration flight and underscores the risks associated with operational aviation displays. The RMN said the helicopter was taking part in a demonstration flight linked to the 60th anniversary celebrations of the Army’s Special Service Group when the incident happened at around 10.50pm.
