Leased annually from Quebec, the SuperScooper is a CL-415 aircraft, a type of fixed-wing turboprop plane designed specifically for aerial firefighting.
Maybe the Super Scoopers are heading home to NIFC? They could need to refuel or maybe not cleared for night ops? Their pilots are such amazing aviators.
