On the River Tamar earlier today, reveals state of the #RoyalNavy. HM Ships #Portland and #Somerset already alongside and we were joined by HMS #Sutherland coming in from sea. HMS #Richmond was covered in scaffolding in the basin and another Type23 frigate being worked on inside.
