another nice touch is the lace-like pattern on the lighter parts of the dress! i love that it's not immediately noticeable. i also love how textured this outfit actually is! the bodice, the skirt and the cloak are all different textures which adds so much interest

the dress itself may look fairly simple, but it's not. the bodice of the dress is split into halves of different colors, which i think is a reference to the whole asymmetrical thing lanfear and other forsaken have going on.

i feel like the 2x08 one is slightly superior because i absolutely adore that moon phases top (sidenote: i wonder what happened to it), but i love that the top from season 3 seems to be made from the same fabric as the lapels of her blazer. such a cool detail!

I love the ring Nynaeve wears around her neck in the books, a symbol of her relationship to Lan. It was a delight to finally see it on screen and, whether she wore her Accepted dress or Tanchico outfit, to see it or the chain peeking out.

A handmade sunshade covers a window. The fabric is slightly rough, white linen.
