TalonGwen has a mean spirited Fifi that is more of a destroyer than a protector, with magic that steals life force.
Guard dog to Sloan (being special in their eyes), otherwise doesn't even like most of the other Mirrorwatch Talon members, except Brigitte and Lena. Sort of under Vengeance's "wing" due to the powers and similar flight abilities (manipulated to stay subdued to her as well).
TalonVenture drilling around for fun and the sake of money + personal collection, being in Talon gives them extra budget, transportation and more reasons to break/steal stuff (very likely lost their Abuelita due to an accident with Overwatch, or OW failing to save her during an Omnic attack. They lost it since then and want revenge).
Ultimately they both want to get rich (with a bonus collection of their own) eventually get their full freedom and revenge. Both hate being given orders but put up with it for their own gain until they can leave together.
• Casual
Gwen wants to work in an animal shelter, Sloan studies to get PhDs/whatever diplomas into History, with a side of geology and paleontology, while working at an Ice Cream shop.
Both live in Canada (Gwen moved there with their parents and brother, due to the father and brother getting job opportunities there, Sloan was just most comfortable there after moving many times all over the world due to the parents being archeologists).
They both have dogs who end up doing the "Pongo leash trick" by being playful fluffballs (Gwen has a corgi, Sloan a golden retriever). They end up meeting accidentally a few times at the same park or at Sloan's ice cream shop, eventually deciding to hang out together at exhibitions, or for a chill snack, maybe a movie or concert.
No OW universe issues, plain normal life (so sadly no Omnics or talking animals either, but the technology remains)
• Phreaks
An alternative path from the Main AU where Gwen joins the Phreaks in London instead of the Wayfinder Society, before possibly becoming an OW member later on. But the Phreaks are like chosen family to them, making any choice hard, especially knowing Hazard's past regarding Overwatch.
They still eventually meet Sloan and keep in touch. Painful long-distance relationship ?
• Medieval 1 (Shapeshifter & Knight)
Shapeshifters live recluse because they're considered "evil"and untrustworthy, but Gwen likes to wander around to bring karma to bad people and give gold back to the poor in need, by shapeshifting into animals and mythical creatures. Eventually one of the kingdoms sends Sloan who volunteers to fight a "dragon" (plus satisfy their curiosity). Only to find out it's much more complicated than just a mean beast to slay.
• Medieval 2 (Noble & Knight)
Gwen is from a noble family, only wanting freedom and to learn combat instead of uncomfortable and boring "lady" stuff. They're forced to be guarded for protection, and the loyal Sloan is the one chosen for it.
At first an annoyance to have to be followed and kept an eye on, they end up enjoying the time together and even have things in common.
Note for both Medieval AUs → Just like the other AUs, they want to remain as close as possible to TransNeutral for Sloan and Agender for Gwen.
Sloan pretends to be a man to avoid issues and do their own thing. Using binders and being thankful for their appearance and voice helping passing as one.
ShapeshifterGwen isn't too troubled by restricted genders since it's not as big of a deal for Shapeshifters.
But NobleGwen has to put up with it, spending time with Sloan makes it much easier and even funny at times to joke about it, both of their secrets being kept well.
They form a bond regardless with different dynamics in each Medieval AU.
• Reversed roles

Gwen has no powers or wings, and studies Myths. They specialize in Celtic ones and European legends.
Sloan doesn't have powers either but is a renown healer/adviser using natural ways (plants, minerals, spices, etc).
