TBF, it took me awhile to migrate to the Behmor drum roaster ($). Started with a series of of hot air roasters, but eventually I needed something that would be able to keep ahead of consumption. Exclusively #sweetmarias green beans. An AeroPress for a single bold cup; or Techivorm drip coffee maker.

In my younger days I would roast green Yirgacheffe beans from #sweetmarias. So earthy and delicious. I envy you!

Currently roasting #sweetmarias Polar Expresso holiday blend using #aililobullet. Stop at 217 degrees Celsius with slow roll after first crack. Excellent #espresso.
