Supply chain issues, delays, and poor customer services are nothing new with #Swytch. I remember similar problems when they launched their original product via Indiegogo in 2018/19. A pity it still seems so poorly run; I liked the concept, although I had many issues with my original kit.
Sinds een goeie week is mijn gewone 10 jaar oude stadsfiets geëlektrificeerd met een #Swytch kit, en dat bolt echt geweldig goed. Over de esthetiek valt te twisten, maar voor die prijs elektrisch rijden is awesome.

My #swytch e-bike kit is finally installed. It’s a brilliant piece of tech, let down by frankly appalling customer service, from ordering onward.
I think they have forgotten the golden rule:
Good service? You tell 2 people.
Bad service? You tell 12.
Update on my #swytch saga - customer services have told me to just ‘file’ a key piece down…
I'm on hour two of installing my Swytch bike adaptor ('turn any bike into an ebike') after a FIVE MONTH wait, to discover that they have sent me the wrong size of tyre axle. I double-checked my order to make sure, too!
At this point, I cannot recommend this #swytch to anyone. #electricbike #ebike
