Despite sustaining pretty terrible ankle/thigh sprains on both legs two weeks ago (playing tennis), I managed tonight to complete a continuous 35 mins of treadmill jogging at 6.5km/hr. I still don't think I can do the 10km on Sunday morning, but it's maddeningly close. #sydneyhalfmarathon
