After 2. Weeks of not managing i got myself to the pool and had a swim. It felt all a bit of a drag, even though i had a private lane for a while. Now sitting in the sun at the square next to shopping center

For a while it felt a bit more like #ZinkZwem, i was in the fast lane but i was clearly the slowest, and even though they were nice and considerate but even so it influences how smoothly the swim is.

It took a while but the last few laps felt good. But initially it was a bit of a struggle.

Anyone else managed a swim? Or some other form of exercise? (Zumba? Football, poledancing, chair yoga, playing with the dog??) I'll incorporate it all in my mental syncing

Managed to go to the pool. I think I should work on a different turn. I cannot do a proper turn so i got used to a half turn with my left hand outstretched. But I think that stretching is overburdening me. So I am trying to adapt it to a less painful system.

I've tried several times this week but I've been tired, achy and down and not capable. But today I got myself out of the door and into the pool. I swam 1km. I am feeling better.

I hope some of you manage a pool or a bath or a shower or just some tapwater.

I managed a swim today, for the first time since forever. Been delayed for health, festive days, weather reasons.
But now I've been. 1km

It was good, but I didn't appreciate it that it started snowing when I stepped on my bike
