How Zsolt solved that at Amazon was giving anyone who didn’t want to measure impact a self guided content creation tool. All of a sudden the content wasn’t that important.

Folks can get a bit judgy about using slides, thinking being able to simply talk is the best form of presentation but when we are learning something new, visuals + humour + metaphor help us remember. My team was able to remember all four of the core principles thanks to these.
