「鏡」(テルミン)
谷山浩子さんの1994年のアルバム『銀の記憶』に収録されている「鏡」をテルミンで演奏しました。 怖いけどきれいな曲なので聴いてくださいね。
発表からもう30年以上が経つなんて信じられません。この曲の静かでありながら鬼気迫るような迫力は、時を経ても少しも色あせず、むしろ深く心に刻まれています。
テルミン以外のパートをDTMで作り始めた当初は、クラシックの器楽曲のようなアレンジにしようかとも思っていました。 けれど、原曲の印象があまりにも強く、そして大好きな曲でもあるので、最終的には大きく形を変えずそのままの雰囲気でカヴァーしました。
