Looking at possibly leaving Virgin Media for Toob as VM won't give me a good deal, and Toob is one of the only other companies I can go for due to cables in the UK often being dial up speeds my location.

How can I reach toob fibre? There is no 'report an issue' button on their website and it's rubbish when their status page is very slow to update.
On the phone, I was 9th in the queue, so that would have been a profitable use of my time!

I've noticed when switching it takes a day or so for the bandwidths to settle down - presumably routers gettingf updated etc.
Switched from #4thutility to #toob over #cityfibre overnight. Was auto activated at around 4am.
