We don’t have $$ yet, but things are exciting up in Nantucket where a man allegedly trespassed on a neighbor’s property, cut down 16 trees planted by her family 30-50 yrs ago, and then listed his home bragging about ocean views! Who else is excited?

Previously, on pre-Musk Twitter, you could easily summon #treelaw knowledgeable folks – there may be some here too now that I haven’t encountered. In any case, at least in the US, tree law is very clear when it comes to removing other people’s trees w/o permission. I hope you find a good solicitor!
