@EverForwardClub attended the Fresno Youth Transformation Conference, collecting artistic masks from Roosevelt High students and #MillionMaskMovement emotional masks.
Proud of these students for #TakingOffTheMask and growing in self-awareness and community.
We perform for the world all day just to survive it.
Behind closed doors, the mask comes off—and what’s left is exhaustion.
Not everyone is “fine,” they’re just practiced.

#FlashbackFriday to August 2024, when the young men of De La Salle High School @dlshs.concord took part in our #TakingOffTheMask workshop and joined the global #MillionMaskMovement.
Celebrating the wins from 2025 and many more in 2026.

The man behind the mission may age, but the mission stays.
We all wear masks—sometimes to protect, sometimes to fit in.
#TakingOffTheMask isn’t a weakness, it’s healing.
In 2018 at the @ArtofLiving Ashram in Bangalore, I led the #TakingOffTheMask activity—helping people reveal what they show the world and what they hide. It’s not about weakness. It’s about being real. 💫

Growing up, I learned boys weren’t supposed to cry.
We were told to “man up,” so I hid my real feelings.
Now, through The Ever Forward Club, we help young men take off the mask and be real because #TakingOffTheMask isn’t weakness, it’s courage.
Ever asked yourself, “How did I get here?”
Sometimes we walk there, sometimes life puts us there.
The power lies in choosing a new path.
Help your community unMASK healthy relationships—bring the #TakingOffTheMask workshop to your school.
Every student carries a story behind the mask they wear.
Our #TakingOffTheMask workshops guide them from head to heart, reminding them #ThereIsMoreToYou + #YouAreNotAlone.
Don’t wait for a crisis—create brave spaces where students feel seen + valued.
In our #TakingOffTheMask workshop, I go first, showing real emotions, even the hard ones.
It’s about creating a safe space for authenticity and modeling unMASKing Healthy Relationships.

Back at San Lorenzo High, where @EverForwardClub began and was featured in The Mask You Live In, we led a #TakingOffTheMask workshop.
Students carry heavy loads. Our role isn’t just to teach but to create space where they feel safe, seen and heard.
When I lead a #TakingOffTheMask workshop, I show up as my most authentic self.
Sometimes that means I cry, and that’s okay. Authenticity gives others permission to be real, too.
Imagine the impact on your students, staff, and community.
#ThrowbackThursday to Ep. 194 of #TakingOffTheMask with Blair Daly @thedailyblair
We talked about masks, truth, and the power of being seen.
Our boys need champions—lifting them up to thrive + lead.
That’s what Advocates for Young Men is all about
#FlashbackFriday to April 2024 at Valley Oak High @valleyoakhs. Learned after our #TakingOffTheMask workshop that Luis from The Mask You Live In went here—powerful moment. Final of 5 in Napa @nvusd, thanks to @cfnlp & Behavioral Health. 🙏
At Seton Hall, our #TakingOffTheMask workshop gave young men space to name what they usually hide—fear, pressure, insecurity.
They walked away lighter, more seen.
This is more than a workshop.
It’s a reset.
Our kids need a safe space to unpack—so do we as parents. 💙
Joy, a mom of twin teens, shares her reflection from the @everforwardclub #TakingOffTheMask workshop.
Let’s build spaces where our youth & we as parents can thrive.
