Started bottling our #Kalamata #olives, handpicked off our 3 trees in #Tavronitis, #Crete, slit and then brined for 6 weeks. There are 38 bottles there, we probably have around another half dozen bottles-worth left to do next week. Still have about 20 bottles of last year's crop!
