Stellant, headquartered in Torrance, CA, designs vacuum electron devices, solid state power amplifiers and RF components serving defense, space, medical and industrial markets. The company operates four U.S. facilities totaling >700,000 sq ft and employs ~950 people. The transaction is expected to close in 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
