I have a million things to do this week and I am a little stressed, so this tea hit the spot. Very good, slightly sweet, beautiful blend of honey, chamomile, spearmint, and lavender. I had a 2nd, larger cup.

There's more mint than lemon or ginger, and it's supposed to be Ginger/Peppermint/Fennel. It's a unobtrusive flavor, so it doesn't stand out at all.

Lemon and Echinacea Herbal Tea

Dad stopped by and asked for lemon tea.

The lemongrass leaves a strange mouthfeel that is citrusy but also a little grassy, almost artificial. Might benefit from a splash of lemon juice.

This loose tea, sold at Kroger, doesn't have the bitter bite of other black teas, and the lavender is aromatic without being overwhelming.

Chai Tea

Despite the name, I was thrilled to see this in the stash. It's been a long time since I've had a rich Chai. Spicy clove and cardamom at the back, a tsp of honey and ¼ cup of milk, this is satisfying on a cold day.

After a few days off it was time for tea. This is a Black Tea with very subtle raspberry flavors at the back. Best with a sugar cube, the tea is smooth without the usual bitter notes of black tea.

This tea is an Ayurvedic blend of peppermint, licorice and fennel. I'm not a fan of licorice, but I can barely taste it behind the other flavors. There's a lovely sent of hibiscus and rose. I sweetened this mug with 1 sugar cube.

I know I just had a Chocolate Mint, but this is a much smoother Oolong. There isn't the Andes Crème de Menthe pop, but a refined blend at the back & a minty mouthfeel. This is Company tea, if you'll be close.

Orange Ginger Mint

Where earlier in the week the Grapefruit Green Tea was lackluster at best, the Orange Bergamot and Mint blend together beautifully with a light spicy ginger in the back. This is a new favorite.

Love the blend of Allspice, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon, Pau d'Arco, Star Anise, and Mace in a Rooibosch base. Spicy, not overpowering and very warming. Would be great iced or with rum.

This tea reminds me of Andes Crème de Menthe Thins. Everything is at the back, that subtle blend of dark chocolate and a very mild peppermint. Might be good with a touch of cream.

Lightly spicy with the ginger and lemongrass at the back and a hint of coconut which smooths the green tea bitters. Enhanced by a half a cube of sugar.
