You can provide similar habitat without upkeep by 1) having bare soil available; 2) leaving stems of perennials (especially hollow ones) at 18” when you cleanup in Spring after temps warm up & buggies are out; 3) stick piles around the garden (we use them as fencing on parkway). #TeamLazy 🌱
