Penetrative twinned crystals of zunyite coated with a fibrous black particulate. The 2 opposing triangles are growing within each other anf make for a stunning formation of growth where the crystals dont appear to mind that they are growing within each other and maintain their triangle shape. The color is rusty red with black speckles
A single triangle specimin, ruddy red and in high contrast with the green speckled purple material it rests on.
A bottom view of zunyite under flourescense. The red glow is striking across the surface. Deep red and neon red dominates the surface of the specimin.
This is a pryamid of zunyite with several other triangles of zunyite growing inside of it, the centers of the faces of the pryamid all appear to have triangles growing out if their centers.
Zunyite is an aluminum sorosilicate hydroxide fluoride chloride mineral, it is a collector’s stone named for its discovery in the legendary Zuni mines of Co.
Zunyite doesn’t contain many dangerous elements, but it does have high toxicity risk if ingested or swallowed. #Teampoison #teamflouesent
