Candidates are SO HUNGRY for feedback after interviews, and they’re esp valuable to underrepresented folks trying to break into tech.

Yet companies are *terrified* of getting sued and don’t share if.

RADICAL IDEA 💡 For your next technical whiteboarding interview, ask – v. nicely – whether whiteboarding is regular part of the job (usually no) & ask if you can do it in a way that suits you better (e.g. laptop 👩🏾‍💻👩🏻‍💻)
