ジャックダニエル10年 Batch 4、入荷しました。
定番のジャックダニエルと変わらずマッシュビルはコーン80％、モルト12％、ライ麦8％。
熟成にはトーストとチャーの2段階処理を施したホワイトオークの新樽を使用。

アメリカでは12年に続き14年のリリースがあったようですがとりあえず日本には10年。

ちょっと楽しみにしていた1本。

Jack Daniels statue. Did you know he was only 5'2" tall and wore size 4 shoes?

Jack Daniels Distillery always had their own fire department, they mostly used this fire truck. I think this was the 1956 model fire truck.

Jack Daniels uses sugar maple wood for their charcoal for the charcoal filtering. This rick yard is what they use to store wood for burning.

This is the giant hood used to dispel the smoke as the wood is burned. They use their own 140 proof whiskey as an accelerant.
