First time #texasdebrazil any tips?

I went to lovely Brazilian steak house yesterday the servers wore puffy trousers came around with BIG skewers of meats and if you asked you'd get some. They had LEG OF LAMB it was so melt in your mouth also a bangin' salad bar, hot buffet and like pretty good cocktail selection #texasdebrazil

Top: cold plate for starters

Bottom: after 6 or 7 "sirloin, sir?", "leg of lamb, sir?", "filet mignon, sir?"

Of course, every meat confirmation was followed by: "...and how do you prefer the cut, sir?"

My answer, every time? "Red."

My Thanksgiving, 48hrs early, now complete. 😏🤌
