“I was referred to the N&N following the discovery of a breast lump, which resulted in me undergoing a mastectomy yesterday on the DPU. This was obviously a very difficult time for me, and I was understandably very anxious. However, each and every staff member I encountered was kind, warm and reassuring, and all performed their duties admirably. As a Trust you should be proud of them all. The NHS is a resource to be cherished and I am thankful to you all for my prompt and efficient treatment.”
