A Thanksgiving spread on a red glittery tablecloth. Roast chicken, whole, on a glass tray; peppery shallot, sage and white wine gravy; cranberry sauce; roasted broccoli and acorn squash half moons with za'atar and sumac; homemade sage sausage dressing; silky roast potatoes topped with freshly pounded black pepper; a glass of Pinot noir and the bottle of wine by it; orange shortbread and cranberry tart with white chocolate curd (only the white choc part visible, some sugared cranberries on top).
A plate with three slices of chicken breast, cranberry sauce, gravy, mash, roasted acorn squash and broccoli.
