Mohammed #Mrabet’s short novel #TheBigMirror was taped and translated from the #Moghrebi by Paul Bowles and published in 1977.

On paulbowles.org website there are some pages of Bowles’s notebooks with his “running translation” of the taped story into English, alongside its final published version.
