What did you learn about the impact of social class in Iran from reading the graphic novel The Complete Persepolis?
#TheCompletePersepolis showed women -within their families and homes - as fully equal partners. That status eroded as soon as they set foot outside the door. Marjane was lucky to have parents that really looked out for her.
It's worth noting she now longer lives in Iran.
