It does have silly humour by moment but you also have deeper reflections on people reactions to society collapse and cataclysmic events as well as interesting class interactions and meaningful relationships.

When I started #TheDecameron I expected something a bit silly and not necessarily very good to make some noise in the background but it's actually really good.
The visual and trailer for it undersell it.

I finally got around to watching #TheDecameron on Netflix. At first i wasn’t sure about it but by the end I kinda loved it. It’s dark humor, but there are some sweet moments as well. I ended up loving several of the characters. Karan Gill’s Panfilo was a real standout for me. Definitely recommend.
