The main part of the image is the shoulders and face of a Mondasian Cyberman from Doctor Who (except the handles and central light have been altered slightly in their shape so that they kind of mimic the shape of Bill Potts' hair do) The Cyberman has long eyelashes (coz it is a girl) and a single tear is falling from the right eye. The words that the Cyberman is saying are written in multiple different fonts... this was my attempt in visual form to mimic the many different tonal shifts that are present in the Mondasian Cybermen's speech pattern. Without all the slurring and stuttering, what she says is: "I am Bill Potts. I am a Cyberman. Y'know? As a Millennial Girl who likes girls I never used to classify myself by those old 'types' of lesbian... I wasn't 'Femme' or 'Butch' or 'Chapstick' or a 'Boi'. But given my current circumstances, I wonder... are there 'Plastic and Metal Bars' like there are 'Leather Bars'?" In the background are four figures. The Master (John Simm) says: "So the future is all girl?" The 12th Doctor (Peter Capaldi) says: "One can only hope!" Behind him, Chris Chibnall says: "That's more foreshadowing!" and an angry, crazy looking Missy (Michelle Gomez) says: "No it's not!!"

The #TexasSwitch depicts Bill's realisation: she’s been a Cyberman for some time.
The cut back to a wide of Bill observing her hand in the same way ties it all together, showing how her brain is struggling to reconcile the perception of who she was and is.

The camera focuses on the hand, and there’s a neat little #TexasSwitch where Pearl Mackie steps away and someone dressed as a Cyberman steps into her place, so when the camera moves back, it’s depicting Bill’s realisation . . .

it’s unusual to cut from one shot to another, similar-sized one on a similar angle/axis, but the cut means to be slightly jarring, because of what follows.
As Bill turns, a gloved hand comes into frame, one we recognise as a Mondasian Cyberman hand.

The 12th Doctor (Peter Capaldi) laid on a desolate landscape. Behind him is an eye representing a black hole, his own eye and the eye of Heather (The Pilot). The Colony Ship is flying into the iris, whilst various dead trees surround the artwork. Finally, Bill Potts as a Mondasian Cyberman is stood in the foreground, walking away from the Doctor.
