I will only recommend #splatterpunk books #theembalmer and #them as just a couple of books to read when starting the genre. If you've been around the block, you might be a little disappointed (not saying they're not good). Just on the "softer" end.

I'm impressed. For all the sluggish problems in this one, there's some diamond in the rough moments. Could be remade real nice-like, I think.

The lighting and tension kicked up a notch at the end here. Noice. Glad to see some great baroque and high-contrast lighting that really makes the gothic shapes of the underground pop. Decent edit, too!
