He terminado #TheForbiddenMarriage y ha estado bien. Era justo lo que buscaba y no se pone excesivamente dramática al final. Un kdrama ligerito para disfrutar sin muchas pretensiones pero que entretiene.
Quería algo ligero y tontorrón que me hiciera reír y he empezado #TheForbiddenMarriage. Los dos primeros episodios han cumplido y me he reído mucho, los protagonistas son muy caóticos 😂😂 El problema es que tiene pinta de que pronto se va a volver oscuro todo 😅

#TheForbiddenMarriage started dark, which I thought gave it potential to be a solid sageuk. But through its run the writing was all over the place, key supportive characters treated as guest stars and weird editing. A collection of fun moments but a weak in the overall narrative.

#TheForbiddenMarriage brings pops of modern sensibilities & bawdy humor to this fusion sageuk. FL has more chemistry w/ML; the angsty back half does the ML no favors. Marriage prohibition is the true villain here; the human villains are the ends to the means. Fun, cheesy ending.

The first 2 episodes of #TheForbiddenMarriage mix the angsty w/ the bawdy in this historical fusion drama, with lots of lusty humor thrown about. Leads have great chemistry, but SLS hits really hard here. It would be interesting to see how show continues the melo/comedic balance.
