Whenever I make bread for hummus I use the same recipe/process as when I make pizza dough. I also cook it the exact same way in a cast-iron pan on the stovetop.
Then I cut the flatbread into wedges for dipping ^^. It's quick, and it's good.

Today I solar-cooked some brown lentils, potatoes and some brown rice for dinner. I really love that I don't have to look at the time too much, I just start paying attention when I begin to smell the food ^^... (that usually means it's close to being ready).
It truly feels like summer.
