I went to see The Color Purple The Musical at #thegoodmantheatre and it was phenomenal! They extended the show until August 3 so if you’re in Chicago- or visiting- go see it! (I def shed some tears)

@bsky.app why I'm glad not to be a professional theater critic: because sometimes you just want to say "wow". "Bust (An Afrocurrentist Play)" that's just opened at #TheGoodmanTheatre by #ZoraHoward directed by #LileanaBlainCruz does everything right. Good on #SusanVBooth for bringing it to Chicago
