Melting - 7km run and I’m a mess. How Dan Lawson keeps going through this heat on the exposed coast-path is beyond me.
This morning Dan has already run from Cape Cornwall to St Ives. 400 miles since Poole.

End of day run to the sea - 12km run down to Exmouth for stroll along the beach. Lots of people out & about.
A large flock of gulls were taking insects over the sea. An adult Mediterranean Gull stood out from the crowd.
Jellyfish washed up on the shore.
