#TheLawCafe delivers more than the premise would imply, namely solid life truths delivered thru the episodic law cases & a FL who's among the best kdrama FLs. The main villain strikes an odd note, but his demise lines up w/drama's theme. A sweet journey from start to finish.
I can count on one hand the number of romcoms I've enjoyed over the past year & now my cw is swamped with really solid stuff. (Some aren't romcoms or aren't yet, but the chemistry is bonkers.)

@daebakpodcast1 have you seen #TheLawCafeEp5, the latest episode of #TheLawCafe? It was all about consent, and especially between the FL and ML. The show used a variety of avenues (law case, discussion w/friends) to address the main lead situation where the FL kissed the ML.
The way #TheLawCafeEp4 handled this heartbreaking case of abuse, then used examples of the drama's characters w/ the breakthrough of the 4th wall & FL talking about abuse & actions victims can take, w/ such eloquence. This episode just delivered its message perfectly.
