Case example of #AKI in #ESLD due to #HRS. As MAP is ⬆️ up from a “normal” baseline 75 to 95 with norepi, the serum Cr displays an inflection point and steadily drops from >5 mg/dL. It doesn’t always happen, but when it does, it’s beautiful. #TheMAPMattersInHRS @OchsnerNephro
