Can't believe a week has already passed since #TheMagnificentMasterMarcus crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈💟

It's been a tough wk for our family, with #TheMagnificentMasterMarcus crossing the rainbow bridge last Thurs, aged 19 yrs 4 months. 🌈💟

He'd been unwell since May with 2 infections and then probable lymphoma. He was ready to go. 🥹

He's back with my sister now. 💜💙

The past week has been very up & down (again), but it ended pretty well as #TheMagnificentMasterMarcus finally turned a corner. He's been sick from an infection for 3 wks. Never thought seeing a food bowl half empty would lead to so much relief!

It's going to be another scorcher - same all wk - so I took #TheMagnificentMasterMarcus outside early. 🐱 It was already 30°C when I got up at 5. Comparing the BOM temp to my weather station is interesting. ☺️

Also, I took #TheMagnificentMasterMarcus back to the Vet yesterday, as he's lost 0.5 kg in 3 wks. 🥺
Good news is his thyroid blood test is better. Bad news is he could have cancer, so for the next few wks he, like many elderly beings, he is on added calories. Praying it works.
