Examining Arnold Newman's Environmental Portraits (Published 2018) When taking portraits, Arnold Newman was less interested in the details of his subject’s surroundings than with the symbols he could create with them.

Also today, during research, I discovered the work of photographer Arnold Newman. Reference to him might not make the final edit of the script I’m working on, but I enjoyed looking at his work all the same.
